Seller Agreement

1. Seller Responsibilities

As a Dropestra merchant, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all products listed comply with UK consumer protection laws.
  • Maintaining accurate product listings and pricing.
  • Processing customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Responding to customer enquiries and handling returns per UK consumer rights law.
  • Collecting and remitting VAT where applicable.
  • 2. Supplier Relations

  • You acknowledge that Dropestra connects you with third-party suppliers. Dropestra is not responsible for supplier conduct, product quality issues, or fulfilment delays beyond our reasonable control.
  • You must not contact suppliers directly to bypass Dropestra's platform (circumvention).
  • 3. Payments

  • All customer payments are processed via Stripe Connect.
  • Stripe transaction fees (currently 1.5% + 20p for UK cards) are deducted at source.
  • Dropestra does not charge an additional platform fee per transaction.
  • 4. Prohibited Products

    You may not sell: counterfeit goods, unregistered cosmetics, prescription medicines, weapons or dangerous goods, or any items prohibited under UK law.

    5. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for material breach of this Agreement.
