1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dropestra ("the Service"), operated by Essex Marketing Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dropestra is a done-for-you dropshipping service operated by Essex Marketing Services Ltd, providing UK merchants with storefront setup, supplier sourcing, product listing management, and order fulfilment coordination. The Service is provided on a fee basis comprising a one-time setup fee and an ongoing monthly service fee.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom to use the Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Fees and Billing

The Service is priced with a one-time setup fee and a monthly service fee. Current pricing is available at dropestra.com/pricing.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

The setup fee is payable upon commencement of service and is non-refundable once work has begun.

Monthly service fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

Refunds are at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to sell counterfeit goods, infringe intellectual property, conduct fraudulent transactions, or violate any applicable laws. Please see our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Essex Marketing Services Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Essex Marketing Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
