What does the monthly fee cover?
Your monthly fee covers ongoing fulfilment management, store maintenance, product updates, supplier coordination, and support. Stripe transaction fees (1.5% + 20p for UK cards) are separate and paid directly by you from your revenue. We do not take a percentage of your sales.
